Hardware Requirements

All server hardware and power back-up equipment is included in the set-up cost for Net-work-ed. We use server class machines for all NT based applications. These server configurations offer room to grow as well. Tape back-up drives are included in all systems.

Net-work-ed provides a complete solution to your School-to-Work data collection. All systems are delivered by a qualified technician and connected to your internet capable network, or shipped ready to connect by a technician on your end. We also offer the option of remote location server hosting from our own backbone.

Hardware and software to access the server from the 'client' will be provided by your agency. Each station needing access to the server will need to meet the following minimum hardware requirements as well as have access to the internet via a standard Web Browser. Net-work-ed is engineered for a 'low-bandwidth' environment. While most MIS systems require the latest hardware and browser, ours will run efficiently with most existing internet stations.
