This forum is
maintained and monitored by qualified technicians knowledgeable in School-to-Work as well as
the applications themselves.
Support Incident Bundles
Support Incidents may be purchased in bundles for convenience. With these support
incidents will come access to on-line trouble report forms as well as additional
resources and contacts for obtaining priority support. Your Reference Number will
allow technicians to zero in on the problem with little effort on your part.
Comprehensive System Management
You may elect to have your entire data operation managed in-house by our staff. We
can set your server up in our facilities for complete support and management from
data collection and conversion to server maintenance and support. All servers
will be housed in a secure environment with a reliable connection to the internet.
