Net-work-ed's On-Line Help gives users a 'quick start' method of learning the system. This is available from any screen within the application.

Printed User Guides are available to assist in the training process for using Net-work-ed. These manuals are detailed process guides written in coordination with the developers, designed for the end-user.

Web Conference Training
Web based conferencing options are available using the latest in technology for remote user training with a qualified trainer. These sessions provide hands on experience in your own lab environment with a 'virtual' trainer available for questions.

On-Site Training
Personal training sessions at your location provide live, hands on sessions in your own lab environment. A qualified trainer will present sessions at a pace your personnel can absorb with an opportunity to ask questions. Our trainers are developers as well, ensuring detailed knowledge of the system.
